Our Street45 programmes are all free drop-in sessions for females and take place every single week. The programme is fully flexible to players’ needs and what they want from the sessions, with Zumba, boxercise just as common as a bit of football!
No previous experience is needed to take part, so whether you are looking to improve your fitness or you just want somewhere to connect with other females, our sessions are extremely welcoming and provide a sense of security for every player who participates.
Our team offer peer support and mentoring, and we also offer players the opportunity to take part in first aid, sports coaching and CV workshops.
